How do I adjust stock?
Adjusting stock is easy. We'll explain how.
Step 1: Log in to the dashboard of your environment
Step 2: Click the "Producten" (Products) block
Step 3: Select the 'brandportal' (brand portal) whose stock you want to change
Step 4: Find the item whose stock you want to change and click it
Step 5: At "Voorraad" (Stock), click "wijzigen" (change)
Step 6: Enter the new total stock here
Step 7: Then also enter the reason for the change
Note a clear reason, for example with an order number if it concerns adding or deducting extra products based on an order.
Please note!
It may take some time before the change is visible on the front end of the portal. Normally this takes between 1 and 5 minutes.
Who can change stock?
Only users with the role 'functioneel beheerder' (functional administrator) and 'beheerder' (administrator) can change the stock of a brand portal.
