Who should receive a BCC?
For a number of emails, such as the order confirmation, supplier purchase orders and the minimum stock notification, it's possible to set a BCC.
How does it work?
Step 1: In the distributor environment, navigate to the "Brandportal" (Brand portal) tile.
Step 2: Then select the brand portal for which you want to set a BCC.
Step 3: Click "Instellingen" (Settings) at the top right.
Step 4: In the menu on the left, click "Email".
Step 5: Set a BCC here for 1 of the following options: Orderbevestiging (Order confirmation), Inkooporders supplier (Supplier purchase orders), Minimale voorraad melding (Minimum stock notification).
