How do I set an order limit?
It's possible to set a minimum and/or maximum order amount. Below we explain step by step how to go about it.
Step 1: To set an order limit, navigate to the "Instellingen" (Settings) block
Step 2: In the list of possible settings, click "Bestelperiodes" (Order periods)
Step 3: Add a new order period, or edit an existing order period
Step 4: Here you have a number of options to set an order limit (see the image below)
With the settings above, you can determine what the minimum or maximum order amount per order may be. It's important that the minimum order amount is not equal to the maximum order amount. These values must always be unique.
You can then indicate whether the min/max order amount should be including or excluding VAT, and including or excluding shipping costs.
