How can I link an orderer to a brand portal?
You've just created a new user, but they can't access the brand portal to place an order. It may well be that you forgot to link this user to the brand portal.
Please note: This depends on the brand portal setting "Wie mogen er bestellen?" (Who is allowed to order?) and only applies if it's set to "Specifieke personen of groepen" (Specific people or groups).
Step-by-step plan
Step 1: In the distributor environment, navigate to the "Brandportal" (Brand portal) tile.
Step 2: Then select the brand portal to which you want to link the orderer(s).
Step 3: Click "Instellingen" (Settings) at the top right.
Step 4: On the left, click "Bestellers" (Orderers).
Step 5: Click the orderers here that you want to link to this brand portal.
The orderer can now access the brand portal.
