How can I link a user to a branch?
Below we explain step by step how you can link users to a branch.
Step 1: Click the "Gebruikers" (Users) tile.
Step 2: Click the user you want to link.
Step 3: Click "Instellingen" (Settings) at the top right.
Step 4: On the left, click "Vestigingen" (Branches).
Step 5: Click the branch here to link it to the user. As soon as you click the branch, it moves to the right and is highlighted in green. Then click the "opslaan" (save) button to save the changes.
In the example below, the branch has not been linked yet.
Once you've linked users to a branch, the user can order at this branch and also have their order delivered there, if users are allowed to have their order delivered to a branch.
Please note! If you use the "fiattering" (approval) workflow with approval by branch manager, users with the "Manager" role are shown in the dropdown in the checkout to choose who should approve. If only 1 manager is linked to the branch, the user won't see a dropdown with a choice of manager in the checkout, because this manager is selected automatically. So if multiple managers are linked to the same branch, the user sees a dropdown with all managers linked to that branch. They must then choose from this list of managers to submit the order for approval.
