What does "settings per stock group" mean?
Within Premium ID, there are 3 different stock groups:
1. Digital range
2. Core range (pre-financed by the distributor)
3. Core range (pre-financed by the end customer)
Below is an explanation per stock group
Digital range
Digital range
The digital range means all print-on-demand products from PF Concept and Xindao that are not physically in stock but have already been provided with a visual and proof. As soon as 1 of these products is ordered, the order is automatically forwarded to PF and/or Xindao, so that the order can go into production.
So if you set up an invoicing workflow for the digital range, this workflow ONLY applies to products that are also marked as digitaleVoorraad in the product list and have been imported as such. If a product is not marked as digital range, this invoicing workflow does not apply to that product.
Note
For these items, invoicing is often turned ON in the invoicing workflow settings, because they still have to be paid for by the end customer. If the shipping costs should also be calculated directly via the portal, you can indicate in the shipping costs invoicing flow that they should simply be included in the invoicing of the product. That way they're invoiced at the same time on the same invoice.
Core range (pre-financed by the distributor)
Core range (pre-financed by the distributor)
The core range (pre-financed by the distributor) means all products that have been pre-financed by the distributor and are also physically (printed) in stock.

Core range (pre-financed by the end customer)
The core range (pre-financed by the end customer) means all products that have been pre-financed/already paid for by the end customer and are also physically (printed) in stock.
Note
For these items, invoicing is often turned OFF in the invoicing workflow settings, because these items have already been paid for by the end customer. Only shipping costs may be invoiced separately if they should be calculated via the portal, because they do apply to an order and must be charged by the supplier.
